Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,
Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year at South Stanly Middle School! We are thrilled to welcome our returning families and extend a special greeting to those joining the Bull family for the first time. A new school year brings new opportunities, new experiences, and endless possibilities, and we can't wait to begin this journey together.
As I begin my fourth year as principal of South Stanly Middle School, I continue to be inspired by our incredible students, dedicated staff, supportive families, and caring community. Together, we have built a school where students are challenged to achieve their personal best while feeling valued, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.
Our motto, "One Herd. One Goal. Learning and Growing Together," reflects who we are. At SSMS, we believe that success is built through strong relationships, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence. Every member of our school community plays an important role in helping our students learn, grow, and prepare for a bright future.
